Complex Waterproofing Method Integrated Urethane Sheets and Polyurea
The present invention relates to a complex waterproofing method to integrate a complex urethane sheet and polyurea, capable of securing durability, weather resistance, and ozone resistance. According to the present invention, the complex waterproofing method to integrate a complex urethane sheet and polyurea comprises: a first step of arranging surroundings and a bottom surface; a second step, which is a primer coating step of coating a primer; a third step, which is a urethane complex sheet installation step of installing a polyurethane complex sheet on the bottom surface with separation from the bottom surface to prevent the urethane complex sheet from being not affected in behavior of the bottom surface and contraction/expansion of the urethane complex sheet; a fourth step, which is a parapet sheet attachment step of attaching a fiber glass sheet to a parapet part; a fifth step, which is a middle coat coating step of coating a semi-hard ultrafast polyurea on the upper part of the fiber glass sheet and the urethane complex sheet to integrate the fiber glass sheet and the fiber glass sheet, and integrate the urethane complex sheet and the polyurea; and a sixth step, which is a top coat coating step of coating polyurea for top coat on a middle coat layer.
본 발명의 복합방수공법은 바탕층과의 분리성을 향상시키고 주방수를 담당하는 우레탄복합시트를 포설한 후 주방수를 보강하는 중도를 도포하여 중도층을 형성시켜 상기 우레탄복합시트와 상기 중도층을 일체화시킨 후 상부에 내후성과 내약품성 및 색상보유력을 가진 상도를 도포하여 상도층을 형성시키는 것으로, 상기 우레탄복합시트는 주방수를 담당하며, 바탕층의 거동과 수축 팽창에 의한 방수층 파손을 방지하기 위하여 폴리우레탄의 액상재료로 제조되며 인장강도와 신장율이 일정 이상인 연질 폴리우레탄시트로 된 주방수층과; 상기 주방수층의 하부에 열접합되어 상기 주방수층을 외부의 충격으로부터 손상을 방지하며, 하부의 바탕층과의 접착을 방지하여 바탕층과의 분리성을 향상시키는 폴리에스터펠트로 된 방수보호층으로 구성되고, 주변정리 및 바닥면 정리단계인 제 1단계와; 프라이머를 도포하는 프라이머 도포단계인 제 2단계와; 바탕면의 거동 및 상기 우레탄복합시트의 수축 팽창 시에도 상기 우레탄복합시트가 영향을 받지 않도록 바탕면과 분리되게 상기 우레탄복합시트를 바탕면에 설치하는 우레탄복합시트설치단계인 제 3단계와; 파라펫 부분에 화이버 글라스 시트를 부착시키는 파라펫 시트부착단계인 제 4단계와; 상기 화이버 글라스 시트 및 상기 우레탄복합시트 상부에 반경질의 상기 초속경 폴리우레아를 도포하여 상기 화이버 글라스 시트와 폴리우레아 및 상기 우레탄복합시트와 폴리우레아를 일체화 시키는 중도 도포단계인 제 5단계와; 상기 중도층 위에 상기 상도용 폴리우레아를 도포하는 상도 도포단계인 제 6단계를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명의 우레탄복합시트와 폴리우레아가 일체화된 복합방수공법에 따르면 우레탄복합시트가 우레탄을 기반으로 하였기 때문에 우수한 인장강도와 강한 신장율의 특성으로 인해 방수면의 부풀음이나 기포발생이 없고, 안정된 두께의 시트이므로 안정된 도막두께를 형성하며, 우레탄복합시트가 1.5m 폭이므로 시공비와 인건비의 절감효과가 있고, 콘트리트 옥상이나 판넬지붕 등 각종 건축구조물에 다양한 품질 확보가 가능하며, 재료의 안정성으로 구조체의 거동확보로 균열이나 충격에 가하며, 내구성과 내후성 및 내오존성이 확보할 수 있다.
