The anchoring device for civil engineering construction comprises a nut, a base plate and a stop-grouting plug, the nut is in threaded connection with the upper portion of a hollow anchor rod, the base plate sleeves the upper portion of the hollow anchor rod below the nut, the stop-grouting plug sleeves the upper portion of the hollow anchor rod below the base plate, and an alloy drill bit is arranged at the lower end of the hollow anchor rod. The mode that the threaded pins are matched with the clamping grooves to be connected with the anchor rod replaces a traditional mode that the anchor rod is connected with the threaded pins in a threaded mode, and the drill bit can be controlled by a drilling machine to rotate forwards and backwards in the two directions; the expansion mechanism is controlled to loosen and insert holes in a soil layer around the travel path of the anchor rod through forward and reverse rotation, and an anchoring body with a large size and a larger anchoring area is formed after grouting to reduce the drilling depth of the anchor rod, so that the problem that an anchoring head is prone to deflection is fundamentally solved, and the construction qualification rate is greatly increased.
本发明提出一种用于土木工程施工用的锚固装置,包括螺母、垫板和止浆塞,螺母螺纹连接于中空锚杆的上部,螺母下方、中空锚杆的上部套设有垫板,垫板下方、中空锚杆的上部套设有止浆塞,中空锚杆的下端设有合金钻头,合金钻头的上部设有多个螺纹销,中空锚杆的下部、合金钻头的上部螺纹连接扩张机构,该发明通过螺纹销配合卡接槽的连接锚杆的方式代替传统螺纹连接锚杆的方式,实现通过钻机控制钻头可以正反双向旋转;通过正反双向旋转开控制扩张机构对锚杆行径周围的土层进行疏松、插孔,在灌浆后形成体积较大、锚固区域更大的锚固体,来换取降低锚杆钻入的深度,从而在根本上解决锚固头易发生歪斜的问题,从而大大提高施工合格率。
