The invention discloses an annular vertical spiral soil sampling device based on BIM (Building Information Modeling) design, which comprises a soil sampling device body, the soil sampling device body comprises a spiral soil sampling component and a middle shaft sleeve, the spiral soil sampling component is rotatably mounted, the middle shaft sleeve is fixedly welded on the spiral soil sampling component and is used for mounting a circular prefabricated pipe pile, and the soil sampling device body is deeply designed by a BIM parameterization system; the BIM parameterization system comprises a soil sampling device parameterization design module, a soil sampling device one-key drawing output module and a soil sampling device processing data extraction module, the soil sampling device body is deeply designed according to the BIM parameterization system, a processing drawing of the device is automatically generated through a created virtual module, and corresponding processing parameters are extracted; the device is simple in structure and convenient to use, is used for machining a solid component of a soil taking device body, can be used for completing vertical annular soil cutting in a narrow space with high efficiency and high quality on a construction site, does not generate extra work compared with manual soil cutting adopting mechanical operation, is not influenced by soil taking width and depth, and has high popularization value.
