Cement soil steel spiral composite pile and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a cement soil and steel spiral composite pile which comprises a cement soil mixing pile and a steel spiral pipe pile, the steel spiral pipe pile adopts a circular pipe body, the lower end of the steel spiral pipe pile is provided with a pointed cone, the upper end of the steel spiral pipe pile is provided with a connecting end plate, the outer wall of the steel spiral pipe pile is provided with a spiral blade, and the lower end of the cement soil mixing pile is inserted into a soft foundation bearing stratum. The steel spiral pipe pile serving as an inner core is vertically and completely or partially inserted into the cement-soil mixing pile, and the top end of the steel spiral pipe pile reaches the designed elevation; the invention further discloses a construction method of the cement soil steel spiral composite pile. The steel spiral pipe pile serving as an inner core is vertically and completely or partially inserted into the cement soil mixing pile to be compounded into the cement soil and steel spiral composite pile, so that the advantages of low cost of the cement soil mixing pile and bearing capacity increase of the steel spiral pipe pile are considered; the pile foundation structure is particularly suitable for projects with low requirements on the bearing capacity of the foundation under the soft foundation condition; the method has the advantages of low cost, simple process, short construction period, high corrosion resistance and proper bearing capacity.
