The invention provides an engineering muck repairing structure of an abandoned mine, a design method and a mountain reconstruction method. The engineering muck repairing structure comprises a mine original body, a horizontal reinforcement layer laid at the bottom of an excavation face of the mine original body, and a plurality of downward inclined reinforcement layers which are laid upwards from the horizontal reinforcement layer in a layer-by-layer mode and fixed to the mine original body. Engineering muck is filled between the bottom horizontal reinforced layer and the adjacent lower inclined reinforced layer, and engineering muck is filled between the adjacent lower inclined reinforced layers; the lower inclined reinforced layers are connected with the mine original body through anchor rods, the lower inclined reinforced layers and the engineering muck are stacked into a mountain body in an interbedding mode, and the multiple sets of lower inclined reinforced layers and the engineering muck are filled from the bottom side of the excavation face of the mine original body and stacked upwards step by step to form a reconstructed mountain body; the surface of the reconstructed mountain is covered with an ecological covering layer, and the outer end of the reconstructed mountain is connected with the ground through a gravity retaining wall. According to the method, the engineering residue soil is subjected to mountain piling treatment, and the composite function reinforced layer capable of removing pollutants and having the drainage effect is laid in the engineering residue soil, so that the pollution problem is eliminated, and the stability of the engineering residue soil mountain piling is ensured.
