The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to an installation method of a roof color steel plate. The installation method of the roof color steel plate comprises the following steps that (A) a roof purline is installed on a roof structural beam of a steel structure house; (B) placing a gutter on a gutter purline, and fixing the gutter on a cornice drip board; then heat preservation cotton is laid on the two sides of the gutter and between the gutter purlines; (C) fixing the support plate on the purline; the roof lower layer color steel plate is installed on the roof purline in a penetrating type fixing mode; laying a steel wire mesh, a waterproof breathable film and heat preservation cotton, and laying a roof surface layer color steel plate and installing an outer eave gutter by adopting a hidden buckle fixing seat; and (D) installing the ridge cover edge, the verge board and the flashing board. According to the installation method of the roof color steel plate, the waterproof performance of the roof is greatly improved, the water leakage phenomenon of the roof is effectively prevented, and the maintenance and repair cost of the roof is greatly reduced.
本发明涉及建筑工程技术领域，尤其是涉及一种屋面彩钢板的安装方法。本发明的屋面彩钢板的安装方法，包括如下步骤：(A)将屋面檩条安装在钢结构房屋的屋面结构梁上；(B)将天沟放置于天沟檩条上，固定在檐口滴水板上；然后将保温棉铺设于天沟两侧以及天沟檩条之间；(C)将支座板固定在檩条上；采用穿透式固定的方式将屋面下层彩钢板安装在屋面檩条上；然后铺设钢丝网、铺设防水透气膜、铺设保温棉、采用暗扣固定座对屋面上层彩钢板进行铺设和安装外檐沟；(D)安装屋脊盖沿、封檐板和泛水板。本发明的屋面彩钢板的安装方法大幅度提高了屋面的防水性能，有效防止屋面渗漏水现象的产生，大大降低了屋面维护和修缮的费用。
