The invention relates to a movable reinforcement cage binding platform which comprises a wheel set, an oil cylinder and a platform frame, and the platform frame is placed on a rail through the wheel set and moves through the wheel set; an oil cylinder is installed on the lower portion of the platform frame and located beside the wheel set, the platform frame is integrally lifted through the oil cylinder to conduct reversing of the wheel set, and therefore the moving direction of the platform can be changed. According to the movable reinforcement cage binding platform, the two aspects of reinforcement cage binding and reinforcement cage carrying are integrated, the step of carrying the reinforcement cage through equipment such as a crane after the reinforcement cage is manufactured is omitted, repeated disassembly and assembly of a fixed platform are avoided, and the workload in the construction process is greatly reduced; the platform is lifted through the oil cylinder, so that the function of changing the orientation of the wheel set is achieved, and the platform can move in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction. The platform can achieve binding operation of the reinforcement cage and efficient and simple carrying of the reinforcement cage, and has high feasibility and practical value.
