The rotary transverse moving vehicle plate (2) comprises a vehicle plate frame (21), a driving mechanism (6) and a guide device assembly (8); the guiding device assembly (8) is installed on the side, provided with the rotary moving guide rail (3), of the ground of the vehicle plate frame (21), and the guiding device assembly (8) is clamped on the rotary moving guide rail (3). The driving mechanism drives the transverse moving vehicle plate (2) to move and rotate to enter and exit the parking space along the rotary moving guide rail (3) under the guiding effect of the guiding device assembly (8). A mechanical parking space is added, a layer of transverse moving vacant space is supplemented, and the space is fully utilized; the structure is simple and operation is stable.
