Pearl texture ceramic tile manufacturing process
The invention aims to provide the manufacturing process of the pearl texture ceramic tile. The method comprises a green body manufacturing process, a glazing process and a sintering process which are carried out in sequence, and the glazing process comprises the following steps: spraying a first layer of ground glaze on the surface of a green body, standing for 20-40S after the spraying of the first layer of ground glaze is finished, then spraying the second layer of ground glaze on the first layer of ground glaze, standing for 1-3min after the spraying of the second layer of ground glaze is finished, and sintering for 20-40S after the spraying of the second layer of ground glaze is finished. Then spraying cover glaze, and after the cover glaze is sprayed, standing until the glaze surface is dry; wherein the ground glaze comprises the following components in parts by mass: 48-58 parts of potassium feldspar, 10-15 parts of potassium sand, 10-20 parts of burnt soil, 4-10 parts of quartz, 1-5 parts of talc, 1-3 parts of zinc oxide, 8-12 parts of black mud and 15-25 parts of zirconium silicate; the cover glaze comprises the following components in parts by mass: 40-50 parts of potassium feldspar, 20-30 parts of calcite, 3-7 parts of calcined talc, 6-10 parts of quartz, 1-3 parts of zinc oxide, 3-7 parts of zirconium silicate, 8-12 parts of black mud and 2-6 parts of a toner. The method is applied to the technical field of building ceramic production.
本发明旨在提供一种珍珠质感瓷砖制造工艺。本发明包括依次进行的坯体制造工序、施釉工序和烧成工序,所述施釉工序包括以下步骤:对坯体表面进行第一层底釉喷施,第一层底釉喷施完毕后静置20S‑40S,然后再第一层底釉上进行第二次底釉喷施,第二层底釉喷施完毕后静置1min‑3min,随后进行面釉喷施,面釉喷施完毕后静置至釉面干燥;其中,以质量份计算所述底釉包含如下成份:钾长石48‑58份、钾砂10‑15份、烧土10‑20份、石英4‑10份、滑石1‑5份、氧化锌1‑3份、黑泥8‑12份和硅酸锆15‑25份,以质量份计算所述面釉包含如下成分:钾长石40‑50份、方解石20‑30份、烧滑石3‑7份、石英6‑10份、氧化锌1‑3份、硅酸锆3‑7份、黑泥8‑12份和色剂2‑6份。本发明应用于建筑陶瓷生产的技术领域。
