The invention discloses a production process of premixed mortar. The production process comprises the following steps: 1, grinding slag by a vertical mill to enable the working pressure of a pair of rollers to be 10Mpa, the thickness of a material layer to be 10-30mm and the moisture content to be 25%, stirring by using a stirrer, adding gypsum, fly ash and titanium dioxide, and grinding by usinga ball mill to enable the particle size to be below 90 microns to form a filler; and 2, crushing waste concrete and waste sintered bricks to form a recycled aggregate. According to the production process of the premixed mortar, environmental pollution can be reduced while the high-performance premixed dry-mixed mortar is prepared.
本发明公开了一种预拌砂浆的生产工艺，包括如下步骤：第一步，矿渣经立磨粉磨，使对辊工作压力为10Mpa，料层厚度为10‑30mm，含水率为25％，再用搅拌机搅拌，并加入石膏、粉煤灰和钛白粉，用球磨机研磨使粒度达到90微米以下形成填充料；第二步，对废混凝土和废烧结砖进行粉碎，使之形成再生骨料。该预拌砂浆的生产工艺在制备高性能的预拌干混砂浆的同时，能减少环境污染。
