The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a coating composition which forms a coating film having heat-insulating properties, excellent tactile sensation, and water-repellent properties; a coating film formed from the coating composition; and a laminate having a coating film formed from the coating composition. A coating composition comprising the following components (A) and (B). (A) 5-80 parts by mass, in terms of solid content, of an emulsion of a silicone-acrylic copolymer resin that is a copolymer of (a1) 40-90 parts by mass of a polyorganosiloxane represented by average formula (1) and (a2) 10-60 parts by mass of a methacrylate monomer and has a glass transition temperature of 0 DEG C or higher (where the total of the components (a1) and (a2) is 100 parts by mass); and (B) 20-95 parts by mass of a metal oxide, the total of the solid component amount in the component (A) and the component amount in the component (B) being 100 parts by mass.
