COATING COMPOSITION FOR OUTER WALL AND BUILDING EXTERIOR, AND LAMINATE
To provide a coating composition for an outer wall and a building exterior, which gives water repellency, water resistance, rain streak stain resistance, antifouling properties and weather resistance to a base material.SOLUTION: A coating composition for an outer wall or a building exterior contains the following components (A)-(D): (A) 0.5-20 pts.mass in terms of solid content of an emulsion of a silicone-acrylic copolymer resin which is a copolymer of (a1) 60-99 pts.mass of a polyorganosiloxane represented by the following general formula (1) and (a2) 1-40 pts.mass of an acrylate monomer and/or a methacrylate monomer and has a glass transition temperature of 0°C or higher; (B) 20-80 pts.mass in terms of solid content of at least one resin emulsion other than the component (A); (C) 1-50 pts.mass of a pigment; and (D) 1-10 pts.mass of a flame retardant.SELECTED DRAWING: None
