Straight-through integrated track bearing platform and ballastless track
According to the straight-through integrated rail bearing table and the ballastless track, the mechanical property of a ballastless track plate can be practically improved, and the engineering problems of interlayer dislocation, structure cracking and the like are avoided. The straight-through integrated rail bearing platform comprises a ballastless track plate main body which extends along the running direction of a train; the two rail bearing units are formed on the ballastless track plate body side by side and extend in the running direction of a train, and the row distance corresponds to the train gauge; each rail bearing unit comprises a straight-through plate, a plurality of blocking shoulders, a plurality of first bearing plates and a plurality of second bearing plates; the straight-through plate extends in the running direction of the train and is in a long strip shape. A plurality of blocking shoulders which are arranged at intervals in the running direction of the train are formed on the two sides of the straight-through plate respectively, and any two adjacent blocking shoulders on the different sides are not symmetrically arranged but are arranged in a staggered mode; in each rail bearing unit, all the retaining shoulders, the first bearing plate and the second bearing plate jointly form a wavy rail bearing structure on the ballastless track plate body, wherein the wavy rail bearing structure continuously extends in the running direction of a train.
本发明提供了直通一体化承轨台及无砟轨道,能够切实提高无砟轨道板力学性能,避免层间错动、结构开裂等工程问题。直通一体化承轨台包括:无砟轨道板主体,沿着列车行驶方向延伸;和两个承轨单元,并排形成在无砟轨道板主体上、沿着列车行驶方向延伸、排间距与列车轨距对应;每个承轨单元均包括直通板、多个挡肩、多个第一承托板以及多个第二承托板;直通板沿着列车行驶方向延伸、呈长条状;在直通板的两侧分别形成有多个沿着列车行驶方向间隔排布的挡肩,并且任意两个在不同侧相邻的挡肩均不是对称设置而是交错布置;每个承轨单元中,所有挡肩和第一承托板与第二承托板共同在无砟轨道板主体上形成沿着列车行驶方向连续延伸的波浪形承轨结构。
