The combined cofferdam comprises a steel casing, a casing box, an inner support, a steel sheet pile and a hanging system, wherein the steel casing is detachably provided with a first temporary supporting structure and an assembling platform which are used for assembling unit modules; the casing box comprises a plurality of unit modules which are detachably connected. The inner support is located in the pouring jacket, a second temporary inner support is arranged on the steel casing, and the inner support is erected on the second temporary inner support; the steel sheet pile is arranged between the pouring jacket and the inner support; and the hanging system is arranged on the steel casing, is connected with the pouring jacket and is used for lifting and lowering the pouring jacket. The embodiment of the invention provides a construction method of a combined cofferdam to solve the problems that in the related technology, the overall lowering difficulty of a steel cofferdam is large, and the influence of external conditions is large.
