Construction process for reconstructing waterproof layer of underground engineering structure
The invention discloses a construction process for reconstructing a waterproof layer of an underground engineering structure, which comprises the following steps: surveying a construction surface before construction, forming a micro grouting hole, arranging a grouting needle on the inner side of the grouting hole, and fixing the grouting needle by using rapid setting cement; the non-dispersible grouting material and the silane modified polyether water-cured grouting material are respectively blended, mixed and stirred. The invention aims to provide a material which is punched through an existing underground engineering structure, and a waterproof material is injected into the upstream face of the structure according to a design process, so that the injected material forms a waterproof layer on the upstream face of the existing underground engineering structure, and water in a stratum is prevented from permeating into structural concrete any more; according to the silane modified polyether water curing grouting material, a waterproof layer attached to the upstream face of the structure is formed on the outer surface of the structure, so that flexible water prevention is added outside the structure, a water source is prevented from permeating into structural cracks, and it is ensured that the phenomenon of secondary leakage does not occur.
