The invention provides a tubular culvert dredging structure, and relates to the field of culvert cleaning. The front side and the rear side of the main supporting frame are each rotationally provided with a main shaft, and the outer sides of the two main shafts are each provided with a bevel gear. An electric cylinder is fixedly installed on the outer side of each main supporting frame. The other ends of the four electric cylinders are fixedly connected with one sides of four roller supporting frames correspondingly. A roller is fixedly arranged at each of the two ends of the roller shaft; eight cleaning frame supporting cylinders in four groups are fixedly arranged on the outer side of the front end of one main shaft; eight cleaning frame supporting rods in four groups are mounted at one ends of the eight cleaning frame supporting cylinders in a sliding manner; the other ends of the four sets of cleaning frame supporting rods are each fixedly connected with a cleaning frame. The outer side of the cleaning frame supporting cylinder and the outer side of the cleaning frame supporting rod are each provided with a spring. According to the device, stubborn sludge adhering to the inner wall of the culvert can be cleaned out, and sludge cleaning is more thorough.
