The invention discloses a method for constructing a'sponge 'mining area by using an underground mining subsidence area, and aims to purify and store mine water, utilize mine water resources and restore the ecology of the mining area by fully utilizing a large amount of surface collapse space caused by mine mining. And horizontal plane'purification-storage-utilization 'function partition planning and vertical section'separation-culvert-cultivation' function soil reconstruction are carried out on the surface collapse space. The mining area surface collapse basin is divided into three water resource functional areas including a water purification functional area, a water storage functional area and a water utilization functional area in sequence on the horizontal plane distribution, the water purification functional area is located in an upstream zone where mine water flows automatically on the edge of the mining area surface collapse basin, and the water storage functional area is located in a central zone of the mining area surface collapse basin. The water functional area is located in a downstream zone of water flow of the mining area surface collapse basin; while mine land resources are restored, multiple targets of improving water environment, conserving water resources, restoring water ecology, guaranteeing water safety, utilizing water resources and the like in a mine area can be achieved.
本发明公开一种利用井工开采沉陷区构建“海绵”矿区的方法,充分利用矿井开采引发的大量地表塌陷空间,以净化、存蓄矿井水、利用矿井水资源和修复矿区生态为目的,对地表塌陷空间进行水平平面“净‑蓄‑用”功能分区规划和竖直剖面“隔‑涵‑养”功能土壤重构。在矿区地表塌陷盆地水平平面分布上,依次划分为净水功能区、蓄水功能区和用水功能区三个水资源功能区,净水功能区位于矿区地表塌陷盆地边缘的矿井水自流的上游地带,蓄水功能区位于矿区地表塌陷盆地的中心地带,用水功能区位于矿区地表塌陷盆地的水流的下游地带;在修复矿井土地资源的同时,还可以实现矿区改善水环境、涵养水资源、修复水生态、保障水安全、利用水资源等多重目标。
