Comprising two parts of river levee treatment and riverbed treatment, and comprises the steps of firstly collecting basic parameters of an underlying working face goaf of a research area and probability integral calculation parameters of a mining area; then calculating the moving deformation values of the river channel and the surrounding area according to a probability integral method model, and determining the sinking condition of the affected range of the river embankment and the riverbed; carrying out aerial photography on the river channel in the affected range by using a close-range photogrammetry technology, and determining the position and size information of the river levee crack through image recognition; then crack treatment and heightening and reinforcing treatment are conducted on the river levee, and finally filling treatment is conducted on the riverbed. The method is strict in consideration, the treatment measures are safe and reliable, and the method has high practical value and practical significance for guiding coal mining subsidence area riverway treatment and guaranteeing daily operation of the riverway and flood control safety.
