Prefabricated concrete triangular truss prestressed prefabricated bottom plate hollow floor system
The invention relates to an assembly type concrete triangular truss prestressed prefabricated bottom plate hollow floor which comprises a plurality of prefabricated bottom plates, the prefabricated bottom plates are spliced and combined in a dense splicing mode to form a column net, and load-bearing steel bars are prefabricated in the prefabricated bottom plates; the prestressed reinforcements are prefabricated at the bottoms of the stressed reinforcements of the prefabricated bottom plate; the prefabricated triangular truss (serving as a ribbed beam) is arranged on the prefabricated bottom plate to form a hollow layer support of the hollow floor; and additional steel bars are arranged at the splicing seams of the plurality of prefabricated slabs. The prefabricated triangular truss is composed of an upper chord steel bar, web member steel bars symmetrically arranged on the two sides and two lower chord steel bars and can be mechanically manufactured and formed, and during industrial large-scale production, the web member steel bars and the lower chord steel bars of the triangular truss are prefabricated in a bottom plate. When the prefabricated bottom plate is hoisted and installed, upper chord steel bars of the triangular trusses are pressed, and lower chord steel bars of the triangular trusses are pulled, so that the floor slab is large in unsupported span and high in bearing capacity, few supports and no formwork can be achieved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
