Silent PVC floor and preparation method thereof
According to the mute PVC floor and the preparation method thereof, the mute PVC floor comprises a surface layer, a mute layer and a PVC base material layer, the mute layer is pasted between the surface layer and the mute layer in a glue bonding layer cold pressing mode, and the mute layer is a felt layer with PET fibers as the main material. A conventional PVC floor is improved, and a mute layer which is different from traditional materials and structures such as IXPE/EVA is additionally arranged in a traditional PVC floor: 1) the felt is used for replacing the traditional IXPE/EVA to serve as a main material of the mute layer, so that the mute effect is effectively improved; (2) the position of the mute layer is changed from the traditional bottom layer to the position between the surface layer and the PVC base material layer, so that lock catch breakage caused by relative displacement between lock catches of adjacent floors in daily use is avoided, the overall service life is greatly prolonged, and meanwhile, the mute effect is improved to a certain extent by adjusting the position of the mute layer.
本发明一种静音PVC地板及其制备方法，包括面层、静音层及PVC基材层，静音层通过胶粘结层冷压方式粘贴在面层和静音层之间，所述静音层是以PET纤维为主要材料的毛毡层。本发明通过对常规的PVC地板进行改进，在传统PVC地板中增加了有别于IXPE/EVA等传统材质、结构的静音层：1）用毛毡替换传统的IXPE/EVA作为静音层的主要材料，有效提升了其静音效果；2）将静音层的位置从传统的底层换到了面层和PVC基材层之间，从而避免了日常使用中相邻地板锁扣之间的相对位移造成的锁扣断裂，大大提升了整体使用寿命，同时静音层位置的调整对静音效果也有一定效果的提升。
