The mute floor comprises a surface layer comprising a decorative layer and a buffer layer, the decorative layer is attached to the upper surface of the buffer layer in a hot-pressing mode, and a back tension structure is arranged on the lower surface of the buffer layer and used for pulling the buffer layer; the base material layer is provided with a first installation face vertically matched with the back tension structure and a second installation face corresponding to the position of the buffer layer covered by the non-back tension structure. The sound-absorbing layer is bonded and fixed between the surface layer and the base material layer and comprises a sound-absorbing part I positioned between the mounting surface I and the back tension structure and a sound-absorbing part II positioned between the mounting surface II and the buffer layer in a non-back tension structure coverage area. The invention further discloses a production process of the floor, the back tension structure is arranged on the back face of the buffer layer, and the buffer layer is pulled on the back face to solve the problems that after the surface layer is manufactured, curling deformation affects follow-up lamination and attachment, and corners of the floor are prone to deformation and cracking.
