The invention relates to a single-point operation periphery linkage sound insulation door locking mechanism which comprises a frame, a sound insulation door, a door lock, coaxial gear structures, gear-rack transmission mechanisms, a latch mechanism and a lever structure. A rack in the gear-rack transmission mechanism is fixedly connected with vertical moving rods, the two vertical moving rods are connected with an upper transverse moving rod and a lower transverse moving rod through lever structures respectively, the outer sides of the two vertical moving rods and the outer sides of the two transverse moving rods are connected with clamping teeth in a plurality of clamping tooth mechanisms respectively, and tooth pins corresponding to the clamping teeth are arranged on the periphery of the frame. A coaxial locking mechanism is adopted, clamping teeth on the periphery of the soundproof door can be locked at the same time by rotating the door lock, and the sealing effect of single-point rotation and periphery uniform locking is achieved; in addition, the scheme of outward pushing-translation type guide pages is adopted, comprehensive multi-channel sealing on the periphery can be achieved, and meanwhile the door opening space is saved to the maximum extent while the requirement for full opening is met.
