The problem that the non-fine concrete water seepage pipeline in a riverbed is prone to cracking in the construction process is solved. Comprising a riverbed bottom groove and a non-fine concrete water seepage pipeline (1), a medium-coarse sand layer (2) and a graded broken stone layer (3) are sequentially arranged in the riverbed bottom groove from bottom to top, water seepage brick walls (4) parallel to each other are arranged on the graded broken stone layer (3) in the riverbed trend, and the non-fine concrete water seepage pipeline (1) is arranged between the two parallel water seepage brick walls (4). A reinforced concrete precast slab (5) is arranged between the top ends of the two parallel water seepage brick walls (4), and a stone residue soil backfill layer (7) and a gabion layer (8) are arranged on the reinforced concrete precast slab (5); and the defect that the low-strength concrete pipeline is easy to damage in the construction process is overcome.
