Method for preparing sulfuric acid from desulfurization catalyst residues
The invention discloses a method for preparing sulfuric acid from desulfurization catalyst slag, which comprises the following steps: drying the desulfurization catalyst slag, and then ball-milling and mixing with pyrite concentrate at low temperature; calcining the mixture in a fluidized bed furnace, removing dust from the generated sulfur dioxide through an electrostatic dust removal device, and catalyzing through a catalytic contact oxidation tower to obtain mixed gas of sulfur trioxide and part of uncatalyzed sulfur dioxide; and the mixed gas is introduced into a three-stage tail gas treatment system, sulfuric acid is prepared under the synergistic effect of ultrasonic cavitation treatment, the prepared sulfuric acid is filtered through a membrane filtering device, and finally iron powder is recycled. According to the method, sulfide in the waste and inactivated ferric oxide desulfurization slag can be converted into sulfuric acid, and the residual ferric oxide after treatment is high in iron content and can be used for ferrous metallurgy and cement manufacturing. The method is economical, practical and environment-friendly, and has huge development potential.
