Method for preparing low-density magnesium oxysulfate cementing material from magnesium oxide flue gas desulfurization waste residues
The invention relates to a method for preparing a low-density magnesium oxysulfate cementing material from magnesium oxide flue gas desulfurization waste residues, which specifically comprises the following steps: (1) adding desulfurization waste residues and a sulfuric acid solution into a reactor according to a certain proportion, and stirring at room temperature to react, thereby preparing a turbid liquid with the magnesium sulfate content of about 25%; (2) pouring the obtained turbid liquid and light calcined magnesia into a cement stirrer, stirring to obtain uniform slurry, and adding hydrogen peroxide for foaming to obtain foamed slurry; and (3) rapidly pouring the foamed slurry into a mold for molding, demolding after 24 hours, and maintaining at room temperature to obtain the low-density magnesium oxysulfate cementing material. According to the invention, the magnesium oxide flue gas desulfurization waste residue and the magnesium oxysulfate cementing material are perfectly combined, so that zero emission and zero pollution are fundamentally realized; the recycling rate of the desulfurization waste residues reaches 100%, and the cost is low; the obtained product has the advantages of low heat conductivity coefficient, thermal insulation, fire prevention, flame retardant property and the like, and is controllable in density and high in additional value; and the preparation process is simple, low in raw material price and suitable for industrial production.
本发明涉及一种利用氧化镁烟气脱硫废渣制备低密度硫氧镁胶凝材料的方法,具体包括以下步骤:(1)在反应器中按一定比例加入脱硫废渣和硫酸溶液,室温下搅拌反应,配置成硫酸镁含量约25%的悬浊液;(2)将上述得到的悬浊液和轻烧氧化镁倒入水泥搅拌机中搅拌得到均匀浆体后,加入双氧水发泡,得到发泡浆体;(3)发泡浆体迅速倒入模具中成型,24小时后脱模,室温养护,即得到低密度硫氧镁胶凝材料。本发明将氧化镁烟气脱硫废渣与硫氧镁胶凝材料完美结合,从根本上做到了零排放、零污染;脱硫废渣的回收利用率达100%、成本较低;所得产品具有导热系数低、保温隔热、防火阻燃等优点,且密度可控、附加值高;制备过程简单、原料价格低,适于工业化生产。
