The invention discloses a comprehensive treatment and purification method for ardealite, and relates to the technical field of ardealite purification. The gypsum unloaded from the wet-process phosphoric acid production line is washed and re-pulped by using the washing water and the filtrate purified by the phosphogypsum; foam floating on the top of the re-pulping tank after re-pulping is scraped out and separated by a foam scraping plate; feeding the defoamed slurry into a cyclone classifier, enabling fine-fraction particles to enter upper overflow, taking underflow, and adjusting the concentration of the underflow in a feeding tank by using filtrate of purified gypsum; the slurry enters a filtering and extruding all-in-one machine, is subjected to suction drying and two times of countercurrent washing, and then enters a filter pressing area to be extruded and dehydrated; one part of the filtrate returns to the feeding tank, the other part of the filtrate returns to the repulping tank, and the washing water is used for the repulping tank. The original phosphoric acid production process is not changed, and the production operation of phosphoric acid is not influenced. The vacuum filtration and filter pressing integrated equipment and technology are adopted, the treatment capacity of the same filtration area is obviously improved, the treated phosphogypsum can be directly used for building gypsum production, aging is not needed, and the volume occupation of a slag warehouse is reduced.
本发明公开了一种磷石膏综合处理净化方法，涉及磷石膏净化技术领域。将从湿法磷酸生产线上卸下的石膏用磷石膏净化的洗水和滤液冲洗再浆；再浆后漂浮于再浆槽顶部的泡沫经刮泡板刮出分离；除泡后的料浆送到旋流分级器中，细粒级的颗粒进入上部溢流中，取底流在给料槽中用净化石膏的滤液调节浓度；料浆进入过滤挤压一体机中，经吸干、两次逆流洗涤后进入到压滤区进行挤压再脱水；滤液一部分返回给料槽中、一部分返回再浆槽中，洗水用于再浆槽。不改变原磷酸生产工艺，不影响磷酸的生产运行。采用真空过滤、压滤一体化设备和技术，同样过滤面积的处理能力明显提升，处理后的磷石膏可直接进入到建筑石膏生产，不需陈化，减少渣库的容积占用。
