The invention discloses a comprehensive utilization method of ardealite. The method comprises the steps of ardealite dehydration and reduction calcination, flue gas waste heat recovery, flue gas dust removal, sulfuric acid production, flue gas cooling and treated flue gas reutilization. According to the invention, nitrogen-free gas is prepared and applied to calcination of phosphogypsum, calcined calcium oxide is applied to production of calcium carbonate, sulfur dioxide in calcined flue gas is captured and applied to production of sulfuric acid, carbon dioxide in acid-making tail gas is captured and applied to preparation of carbon-based nitrogen-free gas of oxygen and carbon dioxide and production of calcium carbonate; the waste heat in the calcining process is recycled, meanwhile, carbon-based nitrogen-insulating gas of oxygen and carbon dioxide is adopted for replacing air for combustion supporting, finally, resource utilization of calcium carbonate replacing phosphogypsum (the main component is calcium sulfate dihydrate) is achieved, and generated sulfur dioxide and carbon dioxide are captured and recycled. And green low-carbon utilization of fossil energy and low-carbon comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum are realized, and the method has great significance of being green, environment-friendly and energy-saving.
本发明公开一种磷石膏综合利用方法,包括磷石膏脱水与还原煅烧、烟气余热回收、烟气除尘、硫酸生产、烟气降温、处理后的烟气再利用。本发明通过无氮燃气的制取并应用于磷石膏的煅烧,煅烧后的氧化钙应用于碳酸钙的生产,煅烧烟气中的二氧化硫的捕集并应用于硫酸的生产,制酸尾气中的二氧化碳的捕集并应用于氧气+二氧化碳的碳基绝氮气体配制及碳酸钙的生产,回收煅烧过程中的余热,同时采用氧气+二氧化碳的碳基绝氮气体替代空气助燃,最终实现以碳酸钙产品替代磷石膏(主要成分为二水硫酸钙)的资源化利用,将生成的二氧化硫和二氧化碳捕集并循环利用,实现化石能源的绿色低碳利用及磷石膏低碳综合利用,具有绿色、环保、节能的重大意义。
