The invention discloses polymer modified ultra-high performance concrete with high interface bonding strength. The polymer modified ultra-high performance concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 572-728 parts of cement; 52 to 130 parts of silica fume; 260 to 338 parts of limestone powder; 954 to 1032 parts of river sand; 156 to 234 parts of steel fiber; 2.6 to 10.4 parts of a composite polymer modifier; 8.32 to 9.88 parts of a water reducing agent; 202 to 208 parts of water; wherein the composite polymer modifier is prepared by compounding and uniformly mixing redispersible latex powder and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether according to a mass ratio of 9: 1. The ultra-high performance concrete is high in breaking strength and tensile strength, and the bonding strength of new and old concrete interface areas is improved after the ultra-high performance concrete is used.
