The 3D printing lightweight concrete is prepared from the following components: cement, a mineral admixture, modified rubber powder, honeycomb ceramic particles, fibers, a defoaming agent, an accelerator, a water reducing agent, a thickening agent, an air entraining agent and water, the modified rubber powder is prepared by adding a mixture M into an activating agent solution, performing heating treatment and performing drying treatment, and the mixture M is a mixture of rubber powder and a surface modifier solution. The waste rubber tires and the waste honeycomb ceramics are recycled and applied to the 3D printing lightweight concrete, so that the cost and resources are saved, the environment is protected, and meanwhile, the provided 3D printing lightweight concrete has good fluidity, extrudability, constructability and durability.
