The invention relates to a colored super-hydrophobic foam concrete tile, and a structure and a preparation method thereof, the concrete tile is prepared from the following raw materials: 600-650 parts of cement, 180-220 parts of fly ash, 20-30 parts of calcium stearate, 2.5-5 parts of a water reducing agent, 60-75 parts of siloxane, 0.3-0.5 part of cellulose, 70-100 parts of a pigment and 3-6 parts of polypropylene fiber, the length of the polypropylene fiber is 12-18 mm, and the thickness of the polypropylene fiber is 10-20 mm. The addition amount of the foam is 2-4L/kg of the total amount of the other components except the foam; the concrete has the advantages of being ideal in durability, good in heat preservation performance, free of leakage and high in splitting tensile strength.
