The invention belongs to the technical field of building construction, and discloses a high-altitude tie-free cantilever outer frame structure which comprises a plurality of steel pipes and a plurality of six-way adapters, the two ends of each steel pipe are connected with the six-way adapters, or one end of each steel pipe is connected with a frame body of an outer frame, the other end of each steel pipe is connected with the six-way adapters, or one end of each steel pipe is connected with a cast-in-place structure, and the other end of each steel pipe is connected with the six-way adapters. Each six-way adapter comprises a metal adapter ball and a sleeve, one end of each sleeve is connected with the corresponding steel pipe, the other end of each sleeve is connected with the corresponding metal adapter ball in a welded mode, and the frame body and the cast-in-place structure are connected through the multiple six-way adapters and the multiple steel pipes to form an integral structure. Through the arrangement of the six-way adapting piece, on one hand, the distance between the steel pipe wall connecting piece can be lengthened, the installation problem that the distance between a frame body and a cast-in-place structure is large is solved, on the other hand, vertical supporting can be formed in the middle, and deformation caused by the dead weight of the steel pipe is eliminated.
