Liftable movable building construction robot with replaceable tool head and working method
The invention discloses a liftable movable building construction robot with a replaceable tool head and a working method.The liftable movable building construction robot comprises the tool head, a six-axis mechanical arm, a movable crawler belt mechanism, a control cabinet and a plurality of hydraulic lifting supporting legs, and the movable crawler belt mechanism comprises a movable crawler belt and a crawler belt driving chassis which are matched with each other; the tool head is detachably installed on the six-axis mechanical arm, the six-axis mechanical arm is fixed to the track driving chassis through a connecting cylinder body, the connecting cylinder body is fixed to the hydraulic lifting supporting leg through a connecting rod, and a hydraulic station matched with the moving track mechanism and the hydraulic lifting supporting leg is arranged on the track driving chassis. The tool head is one of a printing spray head, a clamping head, a post-processing head or a spraying head. The liftable hydraulic supporting legs provide the stability of the device, the whole device can be improved, the printing height range is enlarged, free movement is achieved through the movable crawler belt mechanism, disassembly is not needed, transportation and installation are convenient, the device can automatically move to the position to be printed for printing, and the response speed is high.
本发明公开了一种工具头可替换的可升降移动式建筑建造机器人及工作方法,包括工具头、六轴机械手臂、移动履带机构、控制柜和若干液压升降支腿,移动履带机构包括相互配合的移动履带和履带驱动底盘,工具头可拆卸安装在六轴机械手臂上,六轴机械手臂通过一连接缸体固定在履带驱动底盘上,连接缸体通过连接杆固定在液压升降支腿上,履带驱动底盘上设有配合移动履带机构和液压升降支腿的液压站,工具头采用打印喷头、夹持头、后处理头或者喷涂头中的一种。本发明可升降的液压支腿提供了设备的稳定性,还可以将设备整体提高,增大打印的高度范围,采用移动履带机构实现自由移动,不需要拆卸,方便运输安装,自行移动到待打印位置打印,响应速度快。
