When a worker encounters a special environment, the worker does not need to get off the vehicle, the fixing plate is directly placed on the vehicle roof through the vehicle window and fixed to the vehicle roof through an electromagnet of the electromagnetic adsorption device, then the stopping plate is opened, the unmanned aerial vehicle can ascend and descend conveniently, the whole process only needs to be completed in the vehicle, and the worker does not need to get off the vehicle; and the probability that a worker encounters a dangerous injury in a special environment is reduced.
