Preparation process of building material produced by utilizing delayed coagulation characteristic of fluorgypsum
The invention belongs to the field of preparation of building materials, and particularly relates to a preparation process of a building material produced by utilizing the retarding characteristic of fluorgypsum, which comprises the following steps: S1, uniformly stirring fluorgypsum, silicon-containing and calcium-containing stones and quicklime blocks to obtain a mixture; s2, the mixture is ground, and mixture powder is prepared; s3, adding an enhancer, a B303 coagulant, an air entraining agent, a lubricant, a thixotropic agent and a water-retaining agent into the mixed material powder, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain a new mixed material; s4, the mixed materials are put into a stock bin, then metering and packaging are conducted, and finished products are warehoused. According to the produced plastering gypsum and masonry gypsum, all indexes accord with relevant national standards, individual indexes even exceed the national standards, the construction performance is good, the requirements of mechanical large-scale production are completely met, the scale of a production line can be large or small, and the production cost is low. The higher the productivity is, the lower the cost is, and the product can be completely superior to products produced by using desulfurized gypsum and ardealite in the market.
本发明属于建筑材料的制备领域,尤其是一种利用氟石膏的缓凝特性生产的建筑材料的制备工艺,其包括以下步骤:S1、将氟石膏、含硅含钙的石子、生石灰块搅拌均匀,制得混合料;S2、对混合料进行研磨,制得混合料粉体;S3、向混合料粉体中加入强化剂、B303促凝剂、引气剂、润滑剂、触变剂和保水剂,搅拌混合均匀,得到新的混合材料;S4、将混合材料投入料仓,然后计量包装,成品入库,本发明生产出来的抹灰石膏和砌筑石膏,各项指标都符合相关国家标准,有个别指标甚至超过国家标准,而且施工性能优良,完全符合机械化大生产的要求,生产线的规模可大可小,产能越大成本越低,在市场上完全可以和用脱硫石膏以及磷石膏生产的产品一决高下。
