The composite ceramic coating material comprises a carbon/carbon green body, pores are formed in the carbon/carbon green body, nano SiC-ZrC ceramic composite coatings are arranged on the outer surface of the carbon/carbon green body and the surfaces of the internal pores, and a micron SiC-ZrC ceramic composite coating is further arranged on the surface of the nano SiC-ZrC ceramic composite coating on the outer surface. And excellent silicification corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance are achieved. The invention also provides a preparation method of the composite ceramic coating and a crucible edge prepared from the composite ceramic coating material.
