The composite ceramic material comprises Ln2 (CexZr < 1-x >) 2O7 and Zr < 1-y > LnyO < 2-delta >, wherein x is more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 1, y is more than or equal to 0.02 and less than or equal to 0.1, delta is y/2, and the molar ratio of Ln2 (CexZr1-x) 2O7 to Zr1-yLnyO2-delta is (0.8-1.2): 1. Zirconium oxide and a zirconate-based ceramic material system are subjected to rare earth doping modification to form two rare earth ceramic materials of Ln2 (CexZr1-x) 2O7 and Zr1-yLnyO2-delta, then the two materials are compounded according to the molar ratio close to eutectic components, and a novel thermal barrier coating material system with high-temperature sintering resistance, low thermal conductivity and a toughening effect is formed. And the comprehensive service performance of the thermal barrier coating is improved.
本发明属于热障涂层技术领域,提供了一种复合陶瓷材料及其制备方法和应用。复合陶瓷材料包含Ln2(CexZr1‑x)2O7和Zr1‑yLnyO2‑δ;其中,0≤x≤1,0.02≤y≤0.1,δ=y/2,Ln2(CexZr1‑x)2O7和Zr1‑yLnyO2‑δ的摩尔比为0.8~1.2:1。本发明对氧化锆和锆酸盐基陶瓷材料体系进行稀土掺杂改性,形成Ln2(CexZr1‑x)2O7和Zr1‑yLnyO2‑δ两种稀土陶瓷材料,然后将两种材料以共晶成分附近的摩尔比进行复合,形成了兼顾抗高温烧结、低热导率和增韧效应的新型热障涂层材料体系,实现了热障涂层综合服役性能的提升。
