The invention discloses a pitched roof self-adhesive hot melt adhesive and a preparation method and application thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that 1, polyisobutene, butyl rubber and filler are sequentially added into an ultrasonic kneading machine according to the formula ratio, heating and stirring are conducted for 50-60 min, and the temperature is kept at 150-170 DEG C; (2) adding the tackifying resin according to the formula ratio, keeping the vacuum degree at-0.06 to-0.1 MPa, stirring for 40-50 minutes, and keeping the temperature at 150-170 DEG C; (3) adding the vulcanizing agent according to the formula ratio, starting ultrasonic treatment, controlling the vulcanizing temperature to be 150-170 DEG C, controlling the ultrasonic power to be 160-240 W, and vulcanizing for 20-40 minutes; and (4) adding the anti-aging agent according to the formula ratio, keeping the vacuum degree to be-0.06 to-0.1 MPa, stirring for 5-10 minutes, and discharging to obtain the self-adhesive hot melt adhesive for the pitched roof. The prepared self-adhesive cushion layer has excellent heat resistance, weather resistance and water resistance.
本发明公开了一种坡屋面自粘热熔胶及其制备方法与应用，该制备方法包括如下步骤：(1)将配方量的聚异丁烯、丁基橡胶、填料依次加入超声捏合机内，加热搅拌50‑60min，保持温度在150‑170℃；(2)投入配方量的增粘树脂，保持真空度‑0.06至‑0.1兆帕，搅拌40‑50min，保持温度150‑170℃；(3)投入配方量的硫化剂，启动超声，硫化温度控制在150‑170℃，超声功率控制在160‑240W，硫化20‑40min；(4)投入配方量的抗老化剂，保持真空度‑0.06至‑0.1兆帕，搅拌5‑10min，出料得到坡屋面自粘热熔胶。本发明制得的自粘垫层具有优异的耐热、耐候、防水性能。
