The invention discloses an anti-aging and impact-resistant hot melt adhesive, a hot melt adhesive film, a preparation method and an application. The hot melt adhesive comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight; 20 to 50 parts of polyacrylate; 5 to 15 parts of silane coupling agent modified nano zinc oxide; 1 to 12 parts of silane coupling agent modified methyl acrylate; 10 to 30 parts of glass fiber; 10-30 parts of alumina fiber; 10 to 30 parts of modified wollastonite fiber; 3-10 parts of a toughening agent; and 3-10 parts of a thickening agent. The hot melt adhesive has the characteristics of improving the aging resistance, impact resistance, bonding performance, toughness and impact resistance of the PVC floor and having good fluidity, thereby improving the coating performance and the operating performance.
