Pipe-jacking anti-floating construction method for underwater shallow earthing soft stratum
The invention discloses an underwater shallow soil covering soft stratum pipe-jacking anti-floating construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, before pipe-jacking construction, carrying out rotary jet grouting reinforcement pretreatment on a shallow soil covering soft stratum; s2, in the jacking process, prefabricated concrete blocks are placed in the pipe joints for ballasting, and the weight of the balance weight should be determined according to the upward buoyancy force borne by the jacking pipe joints at different positions; and S3, after the concrete block, the buoyancy borne by the pipe joint is reduced in the mode of pipe bottom mud discharging and pipe top mud injecting, and after the top pipe is communicated, the open holes/reserved holes in the pipe bottom and the pipe top are blocked. According to the method, the pipe joint can be efficiently prevented from floating upwards, and unnecessary troubles caused by floating of the pipe joint to a project are avoided.
本发明公开了一种水下浅覆土软弱地层顶管抗浮施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1.在顶管施工前,对浅覆土软弱地层进行旋喷加固预处理;S2.顶进过程中在管节内部放置预制混凝土块进行压重,配重重量应根据不同位置处顶管管节所受到的上浮力来确定;S3.在混凝土块的后方,通过管底放泥和管顶注泥的方式减小管节所受浮力,顶管贯通后,对管底和管顶的开孔/预留孔封堵。本发明可以高效地防止管节上浮,避免管节上浮给工程带来不必要的麻烦。
