The invention provides a steel-concrete composite pile and a preparation method and application of the steel-concrete composite pile, the steel-concrete composite pile comprises a steel pipe pile located on water and a concrete large pipe pile located underwater, the steel pipe pile and the concrete large pipe pile are connected through a connecting section, and a steel pile shoe is arranged on the side, away from the steel pipe pile, of the large pipe pile; flanges used for connecting the steel pipe pile and the concrete large pipe pile are arranged on the two sides of the connecting section respectively, the flanges close to the concrete large pipe pile act on the concrete large pipe pile at the same time to generate prestress, and the concrete large pipe pile comprises a plurality of steel pipe piles which are made of C60 or C70 dry hard concrete through a centrifugal vibration rolling composite technology. And the pipe joint is formed by pouring a spiral bar and a longitudinal steel bar matched with the steel bar hole.
