The invention relates to a main body structure construction method under the condition that a peripheral site is limited. The main body structure construction method comprises the steps that a part of trestle close to a first side part is dismantled; an automobile pump is provided, and the remaining trestle and the temporary road are used for material transportation and passing of the automobile pump so as to construct the basement roof to be constructed and the main body structure to be constructed outside the remaining trestle; and after the to-be-constructed basement top plate located outside the remaining trestle is constructed, the constructed basement top plate and the temporary road are used for material transportation and passing of an automobile pump, so that the remaining trestle is dismantled, and the remaining to-be-constructed basement top plate and the to-be-constructed main body structure are constructed. According to the construction method, segmented construction of the trestle is utilized, part of the trestle is reserved for material transportation and passing of the automobile pump, part of the basement roof to be constructed and the main body structure to be constructed can be constructed in advance, the construction period is shortened, and construction continuity is guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种周边场地受限条件下的主体结构施工方法，包括：拆除靠近第一侧部处的部分栈桥；提供汽车泵，利用剩余部分的栈桥和临时道路进行材料运输和汽车泵的通行，以施工位于剩余部分栈桥外的待施工的地下室顶板和待施工的主体结构；在位于剩余部分栈桥外的待施工的地下室顶板施工好后，利用该施工好的地下室顶板和临时道路进行材料运输和汽车泵的通行，以拆除剩余部分的栈桥，并施工剩余部分的待施工的地下室顶板和待施工的主体结构。本发明利用栈桥的分段施工，保留部分的栈桥以进行材料运输和所述汽车泵的通行，可以提前施工部分的待施工的地下室顶板和待施工的主体结构，缩短了施工工期，保证施工的连续性。
