Plugging construction method for dewatering well
The dewatering well plugging construction method comprises the steps that S1, a steel pipe is arranged in a dewatering pipe of a dewatering well, and a cushion layer is poured; s2, a waterproof layer is arranged on the cushion layer; s3, a concrete bottom plate is poured; s4, a grouting pipe is placed in the steel pipe; s5, filling bluestone melon-seed-shaped sheets from a steel pipe opening; s6, cement paste is injected into the dewatering well through the grouting pipe; s7, when the bluestone melon-seed-shaped pieces are filled to the position 2-3 m below the top face of the concrete bottom plate; grouting to the top surface of the bluestone melon-seed-shaped sheet, and completing grouting; s8, residual water in the dewatering well is pumped out; s9, micro-expansive concrete which is one mark higher than the concrete bottom plate is poured into the dewatering well for blocking; and S10, the exposed steel pipe is cut, a steel cover plate is arranged on the micro-expansion concrete, the steel cover plate and the steel pipe are welded in a full seam mode, and then a well mouth is flattened through cement mortar. According to the plugging construction method, it can be guaranteed that cement paste is filled compactly, quicksand and water seepage are avoided, the cost is low, no cavity exists, and the plugging quality is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种降水井封堵施工方法,步骤包括:S1:在降水井的降水管中设置钢管,浇筑垫层;S2:在垫层上面设置防水层;S3:浇筑混凝土底板;S4:往钢管中放入注浆管;S5:从钢管口填入青石瓜子片;S6:通过注浆管往降水井中注入水泥浆;S7:当青石瓜子片填至混凝土底板顶面向下2至3米处;再注浆达到青石瓜子片顶面,注浆完成;S8:抽出降水井中的残留水;S9:向降水井内灌入高于混凝土底板一个标号的微膨胀混凝土进行封堵;S10:切割外露钢管,并在微膨胀混凝土上面设置钢盖板,钢盖板与钢管满缝焊接,然后用水泥砂浆抹平井口。本发明封堵施工方法既能保证水泥浆填充密实,又不会出现流砂和渗水情况,成本低、无空腔,保证了封堵质量。
