Chassis and chuck integrated anti-overturning fabricated foundation for electric pole and construction method
The invention provides an anti-overturning assembly type foundation for a chassis and chuck integrated electric pole and a construction method, and aims to solve the problems of pole falling and pole inclining of a concrete electric pole under a strong wind load and greatly improve the anti-overturning capacity of an electric pole foundation. A plurality of mutually spliced stiffening rib plates are inserted and fixed on the upper surface of the chassis around the electric pole; the ends, facing the electric pole, of the stiffening rib plates are connected with the side face of the electric pole through grouting consolidation structures so as to bear the upsetting moment when the electric pole works, improvement is conducted on the basis of a traditional common concrete chassis, prestressed reinforced concrete is adopted for prefabricating an assembly type foundation, the weight of a single piece is reduced, and transportation and installation are convenient; during field installation, only the vertical stiffening ribs and the chassis need to be connected and spliced through bolts, the electric pole and a prefabricated foundation are poured into a whole through a small amount of mortar, overturning force can be resisted, and the effect of improving the anti-falling and anti-inclining capacity of the electric pole under typhoons is achieved.
本发明提出底盘及卡盘一体化电杆用抗倾覆装配式基础及施工方法,旨在解决混凝土电杆在大风荷载下倒杆和斜杆问题,并能大幅提高电杆基础的抗倾覆能力,本发明所述装配式基础包括用于支撑电杆的底盘,底盘上表面环绕电杆插置固定多个相互拼接的加劲肋板;加劲肋板朝向电杆的一端经灌浆固结结构与电杆侧面相接,以承受电杆工作时的倾覆力矩,本发明在传统普通混凝土底盘的基础上经过改进,采用预应力钢筋混凝土预制成装配式基础,降低单件重量方便运输及安装;现场安装时只需要把竖向加劲肋以及底盘之间用螺栓连接拼装,电杆同预制基础用少量砂浆浇筑成为整体即可抵抗倾覆力,起到提高台风下电杆抗倒杆斜杆能力的作用。
