The invention relates to the technical field of power distribution construction appliances, in particular to an insulating scaffold anti-overturning device which comprises an insulating scaffold, anti-overturning bases are installed at the bottoms of four fixing feet of the insulating scaffold, and a main control terminal is installed on a transverse frame of the insulating scaffold; the anti-toppling base comprises an outer shell, a control mainboard, a battery and an electric push rod are installed in the outer shell, and the movable end of the electric push rod is connected with a fixing foot of the insulation scaffold. When the main control terminal monitors a certain overturning angle, the display screen can display monitored data, meanwhile, the wireless module of the monitoring device sends an instruction to the wireless module of the control mainboard in the anti-toppling adjusting seat, after the wireless module of the control mainboard in the anti-toppling adjusting seat receives the instruction, the motor control mainboard is started, and the anti-toppling adjusting seat is started. The control main board controls the electric push rod powered by the battery to stretch or retract so as to adjust the whole insulation scaffold to be in a balanced state, and therefore the overturning preventing effect is achieved.
