Integral pouring construction method for mass concrete of linear accelerator
The invention discloses a linear accelerator mass concrete integral pouring construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, according to a construction drawing, binding structural steel bars at the position of a to-be-poured concrete wall body and constructing a template; and S2, a sky pump is adopted for conducting layered pouring on the concrete wall from one end point of the concrete wall, and before the poured concrete wall of the lower layer is initially set, pouring of the concrete wall of the upper layer is conducted till the concrete wall is constructed to the preset height. According to the method, construction is conducted in a layered pouring mode, pouring is conducted from one end point, the linear accelerator concrete construction technology can be optimized, and pouring of the upper layer of concrete is conducted before initial setting of the lower layer of concrete in the layered pouring mode; therefore, construction cold joints between the concrete on the upper side and the concrete on the lower side can be avoided, the quality of the poured concrete wall and top plate concrete is guaranteed, and the requirements for radiation protection and environmental protection of a project are met.
本发明公开了一种直线加速器大体积混凝土整体浇筑施工方法，包括如下步骤：S1、根据施工图纸，在待浇筑混凝土墙体的位置绑扎结构钢筋并施工模板；S2、采用天泵对混凝土墙体自混凝土墙体的一个端点开始进行分层浇筑，在下方一层浇筑的混凝土墙体初凝之前进行上方一层混凝土墙体的浇筑，直至混凝土墙体施工至预设高度。本发明通过采用分层浇筑的方式施工，并从一个端点开始进行浇筑，能够优化直线加速器混凝土的施工工艺，通过分层浇筑的方式，并在下方一层混凝土初凝之前进行上方一层混凝土的浇筑，从而能够避免上下两侧的混凝土之间产生施工冷缝，保证浇筑后混凝土墙体和顶板混凝土的质量，满足项目的防辐射和环境保护要求。
