The civil air defense integral concrete pouring device comprises a sealing plate which is fixedly mounted on a wall body on one side of a constructional column groove; the sliding module is detachably mounted on the wall body on the other side of the constructional column groove; the sealing plate box is installed at the front end of the sliding module, and the sealing plate box is assembled to synchronously move along with the sliding module and seal the constructional column groove layer by layer; the pouring module is installed at the upper end of the sealing plate box, the pouring module is assembled to conduct concrete pouring on the constructional column groove sealed by the sealing plate box layer by layer, and a containing groove is formed in the pouring module; and the vibrating module is installed in the containing groove in the pouring module, and the vibrating module is assembled to conduct vibrating operation on concrete poured in the constructional column groove.
