The invention relates to the field of fabricated buildings, and discloses a fabricated thermal insulation wall mounting device which comprises an outer frame and two guide assemblies. The outer frame comprises a rectangular plate and supporting frames arranged on the two sides of the rectangular plate. The supporting frame comprises a first supporting rod and a second supporting rod, the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod are detachably connected with the rectangular plate, and a first through groove allowing a wall to pass through is formed in the distance between the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod; a first limiting rod is detachably connected between the two first supporting rods, and a second limiting rod is detachably connected between the two second supporting rods. The two guide assemblies are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the rectangular block, and each guide assembly comprises two guide pieces used for abutting against the side wall of the wall and a driving mechanism used for driving the two guide pieces to be close to or away from each other. The two wall bodies are preliminarily positioned through the outer frame, and errors generated when the two wall bodies are aligned through manual visual inspection are avoided.
