The invention discloses a structure for concrete reinforcement and a construction method thereof.The structure comprises a formed lower wall body and a formed inner wall body, the lower wall body is fixedly connected with the inner wall body, sponge base plates are arranged on the inner side surface and the outer side surface of the lower wall body correspondingly, rectangular pipes are arranged on the outer sides of the sponge base plates, and two sets of steel pipes are arranged on the outer sides of the rectangular pipes on the two sides correspondingly; the two sets of steel pipes are limited through steel pipe pressing frames, the inner steel pipe pressing frame and the outer steel pipe pressing frame are connected through opposite-pull screws, and the opposite-pull screws are locked on the steel pipe pressing frames through locking nuts. Concrete is poured between the two groups of sponge base plates to form an upper wall body; the rectangular pipe and the sponge base plate are oppositely pulled and limited by arranging the oppositely-pulling screw rod, so that the pouring, limiting and reinforcing of the upper wall body concrete are realized, the upper wall body concrete is kept to be shaped during pouring, the lower opening of the template is locked, and the phenomena of floor slab staggering and slurry leakage are reduced.
