The invention provides a concrete reinforcement supporting structure and a construction method thereof. According to the technical scheme, the concrete reinforcement supporting structure is characterized by comprising a base frame and a concrete base; the multiple sets of concrete bases are arranged in a rectangular array mode in the horizontal direction of the bottom of the base frame. Vertical rod assemblies are arranged on the multiple sets of concrete bases, and each vertical rod assembly comprises a temperature measuring vertical rod, a water passing vertical rod and a water-free vertical rod; cross rod assemblies are arranged between every two adjacent vertical rod assemblies and located on the upper side and the lower side of the base frame. Each cross rod assembly comprises a water passing cross rod and a non-water passing cross rod. The water passing cross rods are arranged on the base frame in a bow shape, and the water passing cross rods are communicated with the water passing vertical rods; the water supply mechanism is connected with the water through vertical rod; the system has the advantages that a steel bar supporting system and a cooling system can be combined into a whole, and the construction efficiency is higher.
