Manufacturing process of composite vacuum glass
The invention discloses a manufacturing process of composite vacuum glass. The manufacturing process comprises the following specific steps: cutting three glass plates with the same size according to actual requirements; chamfering and edging the edge of the glass plate; the polished glass plate is cleaned and tempered; coating the periphery of the glass plate with a glass edge sealing material; supporting objects are arranged on the upper surface of the lower-layer glass plate and the upper surface of the middle-layer glass plate, the middle-layer glass plate, the lower-layer glass plate and the upper-layer glass plate are placed well, and composite glass is obtained; and placing the laminated composite glass in a vacuum furnace, continuously heating, and simultaneously vacuumizing to obtain the composite vacuum glass. According to the invention, a single-sheet coating edge sealing material is adopted, the production of the multilayer vacuum glass can be realized by a simple accumulation process, the composite vacuum glass has lower thermal conductivity, and high-efficiency batch production is realized through one-time forming of a vacuum kettle.
本发明公开了一种复合真空玻璃的制造工艺,包括以下具体步骤:按照实际需要裁切好三块尺寸相同的玻璃板;将玻璃板边缘进行倒角磨边处理;将打磨完成后的玻璃板进行清洗、钢化;在玻璃板四周一圈涂布玻璃封边材料;在位于下层玻璃板的上表面以及中层玻璃板的上表面均布置支撑物,并将中层玻璃板、下层玻璃板和上层玻璃板放置好,得到复合玻璃;将合片好的复合玻璃放置在真空炉中,进行持续加热,同时抽真空,完成后得到复合真空玻璃。本发明采用单片涂布封边材料,可实现简单的累加工艺进行多层真空玻璃的生产,复合真空玻璃具有较低的导热率,且通过真空釜一次性成型,实现高效率的批量化生产。
